At 21,000+ members, Atlanta Track Club is the 2nd largest running organizations in the United States (Source: Atlanta Track Club). Their mission is creating a healthy and active community in Atlanta. In order to meet their mission, Atlanta Track Club hosts world class events, training programs, and various community events. Without a doubt, some of my favorite events to run each year are those hosted by Atlanta Track Club. Their events are very well organized and cater to a wide-variety of runners and walkers. Whether you are looking for short distance/track events or half marathons, Atlanta Track Club has something for you. I have been a member of Atlanta Track Club since 2009 and enjoy all the different races, training programs, and more that they offer to the Atlanta running community. By far, my favorite race that they host is the Peachtree Road Race. There is no other race that I participate in that even comes close to it. From 5Ks to 1/2 Marathons to fun runs for the kids, Atlanta Track Club has something for every one! I have participated in a number of their events over the past 6 years from running the Thanksgiving Day 1/2 Marathon to volunteering at their events and they are always a great time! I am excited to be be working with Atlanta Track Club and help spread the word about their events and great membership benefits. I will be sharing upcoming Atlanta Track Club events and races throughout the year, but if you have any questions about Atlanta Track Club or their events, please feel free to ask and I will be happy to assist you in any way possible. Question of the Day: What is your favorite Atlanta Track Club event?

Congrats! My cousin was very active in the Atlanta Track Club when she lived in Atlanta and loved it! I wish our local running store/club had more events, but that's the downside of living in small city.
