I arrived into Pittsburgh shortly before 9am to meet up with my parents who flew up a few days before me to visit with family and friends before race weekend. We took advantage of a beautiful day in Pittsburgh and went to the zoo for a few hours, did a little sight seeing and enjoyed various eats of Pittsburgh (I like to call this "fueling for the races").
There were different stations set up for each race (5K, Kids Marathon, Pet Walk, Half Marathon, Marathon, and Relay) where you picked up the appropriate bib at each area. After collecting your bib, your next stop was picking up your official race shirt. Just like the bibs, each race had specific areas to get your shirt. There were no lines at any of the stops and it was super easy to get through.
