It is hard to believe that it has been 2 years since the Boston Bombings occurred. On that day, lives were lost, lives were changed, but ultimately we were united. The running community (runners and supporters alike) have come together to show that we are stronger than the fear that the terrorist tried to put into us. While thousands of runners, supporters, and volunteers get ready to run and line the streets of Boston on Monday let's pause for a moment and remember all of those who were impacted on 4/15/13. The Boston Marathon has asked that while you are going about your day today, to do something for someone else today. Whether you decide to help your neighbor by walking their dog for them, buying a cup of coffee for the person behind you in line, or even just sending a hand written letter of kindness to someone. Celebrate and honor the lives that were changed and lost on 4/15/13 by doing something great today and spreading random acts of kindness.
