1 1/2 lb ground turkey breast
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 slices American cheese (or your choice of cheese)
4 hamburger buns
1. Preheat grill. Place ground turkey in a medium bowl; add seasoning and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Form into four 1/2-inch-thick patties; place on grill over direct heat.
2. Grill 4-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Top each patty with a slice of cheese. Serve on hamburger buns.
Cooking doesn't have to be hard. With a little guidance and finding the right recipe for your time frame and taste, you can go a long way. Now if I can just get my skillset to those like the kids on some of these cooking shows that I watch! HAHA!
