I predict that we’ll SMASH the goal of #1MillionMinutes - we’ll actually hit 1,250,000 of minutes this summer! I predict that running will be the top-logged movement.

My favorite way to get extra minutes in is by running with Momma K. Momma K is my BEST activity partner because he/she is so goal oriented. Our favorite way to relax post-workout is to stretch/yoga.
